Where do you find your clothes?
All over! We carry a variety of things, and all of them come from different places. For our one-of-a-kind pieces we scour thrift shops, flea markets, garage sales, and estate sales. We order our vintage-inspired items from small, independent designers who fit our style and ideals. We love to source our clothes from all over, because it means we can bring you the best and most unique variety.
Is your website secure?
Yes, our website is Secure.
Please note, we do not share any information you provide to us with a third party. Including, but not limited to, your Name, email address, physical address or Credit Card information. Your payment information is removed from our system after your payment has been processed.
Where do you enter the discount code?
PayPal Express, being an offsite payment gateway, works a bit differently. This is the Paypal Express Checkout's workflow: when checking out you go to paypal.com right away, where Paypal collects his shipping and billing addresses. After that, you will returns to THRIFT STORE FRESH where you pick a shipping rate, types in a discount code
What are your shipping options and do you ship Internationally?
USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate
Priority Mail International Flat Rate service lets you send the Large and Medium Flat Rate boxes up to 20 lbs, and the Flat Rate Envelopes and Small Flat Rate Priced Boxes, up to 4 lbs, to over 190 countries, all for a low Flat Rate.
*Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. Delays in customs can also increase the delivery time.
Also, please be aware that all international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials. Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

USPS First Class Mail Rate
USPS First Class Mail service is a simpler way to ship. And with delivery in about 5-14 days with free delivery confirmation USPS Mail packages and Envelopes are fast and affordable.
Other shipping options are available but must be agreed upon prior to check out, please e-mail us before you submit your order.
Orders will be revised to include the above mentioned shipping options if we are not contacted and/or if we receive a order that does not indicated the required or approved shipping option.

Do you accept Returns?
Yes, but only for Store Credit.
Items may be returned FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. You must return within 48 hours from the time your purchase is delivered. Items must be return in the same condition for full credit. Credit will not be issued for shipping cost. Item(s) may not be returned without prior notification. Items not returned within 48 hours from the time of delivery or if the item(s) are not returned in the same condition as received the item will be returned to sender.

When is my order mailed?
All orders are shipped within two business days after your order is processed. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days for US Shoppers, 6-10 days for International Shoppers.
